Sometimes when we need to speak the truth from the hart we hold back because we don’t want to offend anyone.  This does a great disservice to all.  There is always a loving way to say what need to be said.  All we need to do is pause that right words will come.

Sometimes we just like to hear ourselves talk.  There’s nothing wrong with just keeping quiet at times.

Things to put in to Thanks….  It need to be more than words.

Sometimes, more than just helping with words we can do more with feelings and actions.
