Everyday we have choices before us and decisions to be make.  While we can learn from others, ask for help and guidance from those more experienced there comes a time when we just half to get off the dime and take some action.  Ultimately the buck stops here.  Lets look shall we……

There are times when we go back to a place that was once or felt like home.  We see people from the past and wonder how we’ll measure up to were we’d thought we’d be back then.  While that’s all good,  the only measure that counts is how we measure up to ourselves in our own mind.   In the end that will be what we think about, how we measured up in our own mind.  How are you measuring up today?

Laughter… Free, simple, contagious, available to all and brings light to dark places.  But best of all is when we can laugh at our self.   What are you laughing at today?

It may be one thing to get through the day.  isn’t that what most of you are used to.  What would happen if you decided not to get through but to crash through like a huge wave in the day of your life.  slamming against the rocks with an energy and force unmatched by most…  what would your day look like then.   Try it, it’s just a decision.

What does it really mean to give…  Our give of ourselves and why do we find it difficult to do this more often.

What kind of fuel are you putting in to yourself. How do we expect to perform like a race car when we use crappy gas.

We can always see the beauty in everything and everyone.  This may not be at first glance.  Stop, pause turn away.  Ask yourself, what does BIG love see?  Turn back and be amazed.

How is it that we act in ways against our own will?  We weave tangled webs of deception trap us in the dark.  And it always starts with the smallest ans whitest of lies… But Grows & Grows.

Greater, stronger, faster… or smarter and wiser.  Which comes with age?

The best gift we can give someone is our, genuine, caring,  authentic self.
