There are certain things we must do to have a successful life.  Everyone will define these differently but the principles the same.   Just like breathing these things are constant and it would be good practice to incorporate them into our daily lives.  Other times we do things we should be doing all along and look for special kudos.  To stay a steady course, with clarity and continuity requires regular inner reflection.  What are you seeing in your reflection?
