Change is going to happen whether we want it or not. Everything is always in a state of change and that includes you. While many things we have no control over even in our own lives, we can be proactive and seek change before it hits us when we least expect it and are looking the other way. We can act before it’s forced on us and sail with the wind instead or being dragged by the truck. Lets take a look……
Habits…… The only reason it’s harder to get rid of bad habits is that bad habits are the easy softer way to something. Eating a quick junkie meal instead of taking the time to cook a healthier meal. Doing just enough to get by. To really make changes it takes a concrete decision and commitment to some things differently everyday.
