Sometimes we judge people like a book by the cover.  People who look like they live with goodness, actually don’t and people we think don’t are the ones that seem to be bubbling over with it.  Lets try to explore the inside before making a decision and always, always show up with all the goodness you can.  Lead by example and be the light……..

We have learned much about the world during the years man has been here.   Yet in all the knowledge we really no nothing about a lot.  There is so much to learn, experience, do, be, but mostly we can learn our part in this wonderful place.  What are you learning, being, doing today?

We all want a deeper connection to the people we care about.  What do we do to protect ourselves from being hurt?

When we expand the things we see the things we see, think and believe expand.  When the things we see, think and believe expand our while lives expands and  an entire new new world appears.  Come take a look..

While we are so busy busy busy, chasing all the things we think bring us happiness, the important are blowing right buy us. it’s closer relationships, it’s doing the things we know we should, it’s being present for the day. Ponder slowing down and see some of the things you have missed.

How do we view the world.  We change our views many times a day depending on our beliefs, teachings and experiences.  BUT!!! are these lenses clear, dirty or cloudy.  How we want to see it comes from within.  The cool thing is we can change our glasses and views anytime we want to…….

Experience has the ability to be a great teacher… provided were paying attention as not to learn her lessons to late when there’s no time left to apply this new knowledge.  What are you learning?????

We can always see the beauty in everything and everyone.  This may not be at first glance.  Stop, pause turn away.  Ask yourself, what does BIG love see?  Turn back and be amazed.
