Sometimes we like to hold on to grudges and anger towards people, places or things, especially when we feel we’ve been wronged, and there certainly have been times that was the case. But holding on only hurts YOU. Most of the time the person or cause has no idea and couldn’t care less even if they did. We go through our day reliving the event and replaying it for others who will listed and in the end we’ve wasted precious living time on meaningless mind chatter. We need to let go or we get dragged…. Ouch that hurts..
